Analysis of sectoral trends for the development of small industries in Hamza district
Abstract
The research aims to demonstrate economic efficiency, social efficiency, achieve economic activity, and integrate the economic and social objectives of small industries in Al-Hamzah district by relying on industrial standards, which are represented by added value, workers' wages, industrial production requirements, and industrial production value in order to know the increase or decrease in the branches of small manufacturing industries in the district, including food, textile, wood, paper, construction, and metal industries, according to different efficiencies. It became clear that food industries ranked first, reaching (3002) of the comparison points in the economic efficiency criterion, while construction industries occupied an advanced position in terms of the social efficiency criterion, reaching (31) of the total comparison points. As for the economic activity criterion, food industries ranked first with a percentage of (42.7) of the comparison points. As for the general objectives, the metal products industry achieved first place. And at a rate of (31.5%) of the total comparison scores.
