Empathic anger among students of the College of Education
Abstract
This research aims to identify empathic anger among students of the College of Education and to determine the significance of differences in empathic anger according to the variables of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-humanities), and year (second-fourth year). The descriptive approach was adopted in this research. The sample size consisted of 400 male and female students from the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University during the academic year 2024-2025, selected using stratified random sampling with proportional distribution. The results were as follows: Empathic anger exists among students of the College of Education. There are statistically significant differences in empathic anger according to the variables of gender (male-female), favoring males. No statistically significant differences were found based on specialization (scientific-humanities) or year (second-fourth year). Based on the results, the researcher presented several recommendations and suggestions.
